The LongBoard has been developed to provide the ultimate two-handed fingerboard available today and has proven extremely popular with our sponsored team. Traditional ergonomic warm up jugs lead into an array of small crimps and slopers which have been kept far apart in order to focus on open positions and maximise the effectiveness of travelling pull-ups and biased hangs. For one-armed work, a large central thread has been provided which can also be used to affix pulleys for lessening body weight; making deadhanging the smaller holds a progressive training option. The LongBoard has the following features:
