Dort st\u00fctzt du deine Arme r\u00fccklings ab. Die F\u00fc\u00dfe stellst du mit gestreckten Beinen weit nach vorne. Nun beugst du deine Arme und senkst die H\u00fcfte bis kurz vor dem Boden. Von dort dr\u00fcckst du dich wieder nach oben in die Ausgangsposition. Der Trizeps wird beim Klettern so gut wie \u00fcberhaupt nicht beansprucht.
