Low Carb und echt lecker!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>f\u00fcr den Teig<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Dose Thunfisch in eigenem Saft<\/li>\n<li>400 Gramm H\u00fcttenk\u00e4se<\/li>\n<li>3 Eier<\/li>\n<li>5 EL Haferkleie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>f\u00fcr den Belag<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Dose Pizzatomatenso\u00dfe<\/li>\n<li>500 Gramm K\u00e4se<\/li>\n<li>Schinken, Salami etc.<\/li>\n<li>Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Artischocken\u00a0 (nach Belieben)<\/li>\n<li>Oregano\/ Pizzagew\u00fcrz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thunfisch abtrofen und mit H\u00fcttenk\u00e4se in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermengen.<\/li>\n<li>Eier und Haferkleie hinzugeben und vermischen.<\/li>\n<li>Auf ein Blech mit Backpapier geben und verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>In den Backofen bei 200 Grad 15 Minuten Ober-Unterhitze backen.<\/li>\n<li>Tomatenso\u00dfe und K\u00e4se, Schinken und sonstigen Zutaten auf dem Teig verteilen und weitere 10-15 Minuten Backen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Konsistenz ist recht weich, schmeckt aber lecker!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pizza ohne &#8222;echte&#8220;Kohlenhydrate!
