Wichtig ist, dass die Beine gestreckt bleiben. Wenn die F\u00fc\u00dfe etwas h\u00f6her als die H\u00fcfte sind, macht das hingegen nichts. Pause ca. 2 Minuten.<\/p>\n<h2>Wirkung<\/h2>\n<p>Der L-Seat ist eine extrem wirkungsvolle \u00dcbung f\u00fcr die K\u00f6rperspannung. Es werden sehr massiv die H\u00fcftbeuger und die gerade Bauchmuskulatur trainiert.
