Diesen h\u00e4ltst du f\u00fcr wenige Augenblicke. Dann schwingst du mit den Beinen angehockt nach hinten, bis die F\u00fc\u00dfe die H\u00f6he der H\u00fcfte erreicht haben. Dann schwingst du wieder zur\u00fcck in den L-Seat. Dort verweilst du wieder f\u00fcr wenige Augenblicke bis die n\u00e4chste Wiederholung beginnt.<\/p>\n<p>Das schwierige an der \u00dcbung ist es, die Beine nicht am Boden aufstreifen zu lassen.
