Dann ziehst du explosiv mit den Armen an, um die Bewegung einzuleiten. Gleichzeitig wird man die Knie explosiv anziehen m\u00fcssen, um genug Schwung nach oben zu erreichen. Es hilft dabei auch den Oberk\u00f6rper etwas einzurollen. Auf jeden Fall muss zu Beginn genug Schwung erzeugt werden, um den K\u00f6rperschwerpunkt \u00fcber die Ringe zu bekommen. Wenn der K\u00f6rperschwerpunkt \u00fcber den Ringen ist, m\u00fcssen die H\u00e4nde an den Ringen schon umgegriffen haben, um sich mit diesen abst\u00fctzen zu k\u00f6nnen. Dann kann man sich noch gar in den sauberen St\u00fctz dr\u00fccken. Pause ca. 1-2 Minuten.<\/p>\n<h2>Wirkung<\/h2>\n<p>Der Muscle Up ist eine Explosivkraft\u00fcbung f\u00fcr die Zugschlinge des Oberk\u00f6rpers.
