Bei diesen startest du wie bei normalen Liegest\u00fctzen. Das hei\u00dft, die Handballen zeigen Richtung F\u00fc\u00dfe. Beim Absenken drehst du aber die H\u00e4nde nach au\u00dfen, so dass am unteren Punkt der Bewegung die Handballen nach vorne zeigen. Das alles sind Muskeln, die man beim Klettern kaum braucht.
