Daf\u00fcr stellst du Ringe unterschiedlich hoch ein. Umso gr\u00f6\u00dfer der Abstand ist, desto schwerer wird die \u00dcbung. Einen halben Meter sollte der Abstand schon betragen. Dann h\u00e4ngst du dich an die unterschiedlich eingestellten Ringe und ziehst dich daran hoch.
