Aber hinsichtlich der Athletik und K\u00f6rperspannung wird es dann zumindest nicht mehr dran scheitern. 20 Muscle Ups und 10 Sekunden Hangwaage bringen dann f\u00fcr das 11er Ziel kaum einen Mehrwert mehr. Schaffst du also 10 Muscle Ups und 5 Sekunden Hangwaage und kletterst dennoch nicht im 11. Grad, dann liegt es an etwas anderem als Athletik oder K\u00f6rperspannung.
