{"id":4870,"date":"2019-08-11T13:58:29","date_gmt":"2019-08-11T11:58:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.target10a.com\/magazin\/?p=4870"},"modified":"2023-03-21T10:11:23","modified_gmt":"2023-03-21T09:11:23","slug":"verletzungspropylaxe-druch-beweglichkeit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.target10a.com\/magazin\/2019\/08\/11\/verletzungspropylaxe-druch-beweglichkeit\/","title":{"rendered":"Verletzungsprophylaxe durch Beweglichkeit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In diesem Beitrag geht es ausnahmsweise nicht darum, wie man sich aktiv beim Klettern und Bouldern verbessert, sondern es geht um eine Investition in die Zukunft: N\u00e4mlich sich beweglich, mobil und damit gesund zu halten!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich will euch also hier ein Beweglichkeitstraining vorstellen, wie ich es regelm\u00e4\u00dfig mache (machen sollte!), um an gewissen Stellen des K\u00f6rpers die Beweglichkeit \u00fcber die Zeit aufrecht zu erhalten. Bei mir sind das vor allem die Schulter und die Handgelenke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Beweglichkeit im Unterk\u00f6rper, die aktiv dazu beitr\u00e4gt, besser zu Klettern und zu Bouldern, mache ich wie <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"schon an anderer Stelle (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.target10a.com\/magazin\/2017\/10\/17\/video-ein-typisches-beweglichkeitstraining-fuers-klettern\/\" target=\"_blank\">schon an anderer Stelle<\/a> beschrieben mehrmals die Woche ein anderes Workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses nun hier beschriebene Dehn-Programm sollte ich aber zumindest einmal pro Woche machen. Nat\u00fcrlich komm ich auch mal 3 Monate ohne so ein Training ohne Probleme \u00fcber die Runden, aber irgendwann werde ich den Preis daf\u00fcr bezahlen m\u00fcssen und es werden Probleme in der Schulter, im Handgelenk oder woanders kommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich ist dieses Programm auch nicht die alleinige Versicherung vor Problemen. Wenn man aber zus\u00e4tzlich auch ein umfangreiches <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Athletik-, K\u00f6rperspannungs- und Stabilisationsworkout (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/gS3tTtJbgo4\" target=\"_blank\">Athletik-, K\u00f6rperspannungs- und Stabilisationsworkout<\/a> einmal die Woche macht, dann hat man zus\u00e4tzlich noch einige Antagonisten- oder Ausgleichs\u00fcbungen, um sich vor Verletzungen zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer Bildereihe werde ich nun ein Beispiel einer solchen Beweglichkeitseinheit zeigen.
