Sie sind eine tolle Mehrgelenks\u00fcbung und trainieren vor allem <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Musculus_triceps_brachii\" target=\"_blank\">Trizeps<\/a>, die <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Musculus_pectoralis_major\" target=\"_blank\">Brust<\/a> und die <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Musculus_deltoideus\" target=\"_blank\">vordere Schulter<\/a>. Mit diesen Muskelgruppen ist auch klar, dass es sich auf das Klettern bezogen um eine Ausgleichs- und Antagonisten\u00fcbung handelt. Dips sind von der Schwierigkeit etwas h\u00f6her als <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.target10a.com\/magazin\/2015\/07\/10\/boden-push-ups\/\" target=\"_blank\">Liegest\u00fctze<\/a> anzusiedeln, aber dennoch sollte es f\u00fcr jeden ernsthaften Sportler das Ziel sein, ein paar komplette S\u00e4tze an Dips zu schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Dips brauch man nicht unbedingt einen Barren &#8211; Pause ca. 2 Minuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Variationen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>F\u00fc\u00dfe weiter nach hinten (vorgelehnt): Die Brust wird mehr mit beansprucht<\/li><li>F\u00fc\u00dfe gerade nach unten (aufrecht): Der Trizeps wird isolierter beansprucht<\/li><li>Mit Zusatzgewicht f\u00fcr h\u00f6here Belastung: Daf\u00fcr am Klettergurt Gewichte befestigen<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wirkung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Dips trainieren die Armstrecker (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Musculus_triceps_brachii\" target=\"_blank\">Trizeps<\/a>), die Brustmuskulatur (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Musculus_pectoralis_major\" target=\"_blank\">Pectorialis<\/a>) und die vorderen Schultern (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Musculus_deltoideus\" target=\"_blank\">Deltas<\/a>). Alles Muskeln, die man beim Klettern kaum braucht.
