Du h\u00e4ngst mit beiden H\u00e4nden an der Startleiste. Dann greifst du mit einer Hand zu einer Leiste so hoch wie m\u00f6glich. Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt ziehst du mit der zweiten Hand zu dieser Leiste dazu. Dann greifst du mit der Hand die zuerst hoch gegriffen hat, wieder zur\u00fcck zur Startleiste. Dort angekommen folgt die zweite Hand auch zur Startleiste.
