Macht den Bauch so richtig voll!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g Packung Garnelen (beim Aldi oder Edeka)<\/li>\n<li>180 g Alaskaseelachsfilet<\/li>\n<li>400 g Tomaten st\u00fcckig aus der Dose<\/li>\n<li>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche (Tellofix)<\/li>\n<li>150 ml Wasser<\/li>\n<li>Gew\u00fcrze nach deiner Wahl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Variante<\/strong><br \/>\n1 Knoblauchzehe<br \/>\n20 g Lauchzwiebel<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\nGarnelen und Fisch tiefgefroren in die Pfanne und garen.<\/li>\n<li>Tomaten in einen Topf und mit dem Zauberstab p\u00fcrieren.
