Mit den F\u00fc\u00dfen trittst du zur Entlastung eine der Trittleisten. Dann greifst du mit einer Hand zur n\u00e4chsten Leiste. Von dort wieder mit der gleichen Hand eine Leiste weiter. Das machst du solange, bis du die f\u00fcr dich m\u00f6gliche H\u00f6he ausgereizt hast.
