Dazu einfach die F\u00fc\u00dfe auf die gew\u00fcnschte Stufe legen. Die \u00dcbung kann vor allem an das Handstanddr\u00fccken heranf\u00fchren. Daf\u00fcr legst du die Beine nach und nach eine Stufe h\u00f6her. Um so h\u00f6her die Beine liegen, desto mehr wird die obere Brustmuskulatur und auch zunehemend die Schultern (<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Musculus_deltoideus\" target=\"_blank\">Deltas<\/a>) trainiert.
