Pause ca. 1-2 Minuten.<\/p>\n<h2>Wirkung<\/h2>\n<p>Eine simple K\u00f6rperspannungs\u00fcbung. Die \u00dcbung trainiert die gesamte Rumpfmuskulatur, vor allem die im Schulterg\u00fcrtel. Diese \u00dcbung allein macht sicherlich keinen besseren Kletterer aus dir.
