Data Protection and Terms and Conditions of the Linebreaker Apps

The Linebreaker App and the Linebreaker App Extended (hereinafter also called Linebreaker Apps) are apps that may contain unexpected behavior and errors! target10a assumes no liability for these errors and data loss! Please report your experiences and bugs to linebreaker.app@target10a.com!

Data Collection

In principle, no data is collected by the app. Only if you log into the workout database to share your workouts will data be collected. The Linebreaker App requires registration to download, upload, rate and comment on workouts. For the Linebreaker App Extended, registration is required for uploading, rating and commenting on workouts. Downloading workouts also works without registration.

In the case of registration, the following data is collected and the following rules apply:

Email Address

• Will not be used publicly in the app - your email will not be displayed to other users!
• Your email address is required to send you emails, to confirm your registration or if you have forgotten your password.

Username

• Will be used publicly in the app!
• You can choose your user name in such a way that, as a pseudonym, it does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your true identity.
• If you delete your account, your username will still appear in your comments or workouts.

Your Contributed Content

• uploaded workouts
• comments
• ratings

The following applies:

• Your comments or uploaded workouts can be deleted by an administrator.
• If you delete your account, your uploaded workouts, comments and your ratings will NOT be deleted.

Newsletter Option

• You can optionally register for our target10a newsletter when registering.
• We won't spam you, we promise!
• Of course you can also unsubscribe again.

Account Deletion

If you delete your account, your uploaded workouts and your comments will NOT be deleted. Your username (pseudonym) will still be displayed in your posts.

Basically:

Your data will only be used by target10a and will not be passed on to other companies or people!
