The Strong Ant IV offers an intensive forearm and grip training! The board is rotatable by 180 °. The difficulty level can thus be influenced. There are four wooden balls. Two with 100 mm and two with 80 mm diameter. In between a 380 mm wide block with different bevels, 35 ° and 45 ° and a 20 mm deep finger strip.
