The SA6 focuses on what truly matters: four precisely crafted edges that allow targeted finger strength training at any level. Whether you are just starting out or already experienced—with 45, 20, 12, and 8 millimeters, you will always find the right challenge. No frills, no distractions—just you, the wood, and your fingers.
The SA6 is made from high-quality ash wood, known for its durability and pleasant feel. Each board is handcrafted in my workshop in Lower Austria and left untreated, so you benefit from optimal friction and a realistic grip feel.
If you want to expand your training, the SA6 is fully compatible with Antworks accessories such as the Ant Bar, the Ant Hill 63, or the Strong Ant 4. This allows it to be flexibly integrated into your setup and grow alongside your training demands.
Note for beginners
The larger edges of the SA6 are ideal for a safe introduction to finger strength training. However, smaller edges should only be incorporated once your muscles, tendons, and finger pulleys are sufficiently conditioned.
Training theory explanation
While muscles adapt quickly to new loads, ligaments and tendons require significantly more time to become stronger. Starting too early on very small edges can therefore lead to overuse and injury. A progressive training approach—beginning with the larger edges—ensures long-term gains without putting unnecessary stress on your body.
The SA6 is therefore a board that enables purist training and supports you step by step—clear, focused, and effective.
