A mobile training grip could hardly be designed more compactly. A bag with two graduated depths and a large outer diameter make it a versatile companion that can still be found in any backpack. Whether for warming up or skimming off residual power.
The depths of the bag are 29 and 37mm respectively. The depth is set simply by turning the handle 180° on its own axis. The wooden body is suspended from a continuous cord. Depending on which side to hang from, the pocket or the outer diameter can be used.
The Antido is made from untreated ash.
